How to use a discount code

A discount code takes a percentage or a fixed amount off your order. Here is how to use one.

Find a code

Codes come from our promotions page, newsletters, partners and events. Each one is a single word such as AUTUMN25.

Fill your basket

Choose your plans and add them to the basket. You can also type the code first: we keep it and apply it when you add a product.

Enter and apply

Type the code in the "Discount code" box of the order summary and press Apply. Upper or lower case does not matter.

Check out

The discount appears in the summary, before VAT. It is claimed when you place the order and stays on the invoice.
